Join us on Hamilton Island with your orthodontic team to transform your practice into a well-oiled racing machine!  Three times now in the past 7 years TBL has returned “down under” to conduct an Aussie Refresher.  This Refresher will be our fourth and the second involving your orthodontic team.  We will be bringing our key staff to help us teach the Refresher.  This is a more advanced staff course than you experienced in Session 3.

The objectives of Refreshers have been:

• To bring all of them up to speed on TBL systems enhancements/improvements (incorporating delegation & technology) that have been added since the days they took the Comprehensive Series course (there are always MANY).
• To provide our current protocols with time to discuss the implications on staffing, scheduling, productivity, and profitability (and there are numerous technologies we have added in the last 2 years that will make a HUGE positive impact on your practice that we want to share with you).
• Most importantly (these are their words) “to give them a kick in the arse” on things they have not yet implemented or fallen out of the habit of doing.
• To re-energize them.
• To ensure that they don’t take their practices in some strange new direction without guidance (i.e. keep them “focused on their vision”)…especially when experts are advising us to lower our prices and pump up the volume.

To ensure that there is adequate meeting space to allow for discussions and encourage interactions between the doctors and staff, please register your office by June 1, 2011.  The registration form can be downloaded below.

Due to the motivational and team building nature of the program, it is requested that only doctors and staff participate in this program.  Spouses may enjoy Hamilton Island, but are asked not to attend the meeting unless they are involved with the practice.
